Often referred to as an IT audit or assessment, the Trump IT Diagnostic goes further. After a careful analysis of the technical environment and interviews with stakeholders, a report of Observations and Recommendations is produced that focuses attention on five specific areas:

• ​​​​​Identify and document strengths and weaknesses in the IT infrastructure
• ​​​​​Identify any risks based on the weaknesses identified
• ​​​​​Determine whether IT is aligned to the company's evolution and growth plans
• ​​​​​Develop a number of IT strategies to leverage strengths, mitigate weaknesses, and where appropriate take advantage of current and future IT trends
• ​​​​​Identify investment requirements for the IT infrastructure over the next three years
