Kevin Leach
President
Kevin’s first ten years in Information Systems were spent managing Information Systems for Command Records (now Iron Mountain), LCBO, Rothmans Benson and Hedges and he consulted internationally in the field of project management and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) for Rogers, Connaught Laboratories, Lever Brothers, Murata Erie and Continental Insurance among others.
In 1990 Kevin founded Trump Systems, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and member of the MS Gold Certified Partner Excellence Group. Kevin also serves on the Canadian board of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners. Kevin enjoys demystifying technology, advising clients on how to improve IT effectiveness and efficiency through an IT Diagnostic methodology that delivers a “top ten list” of technology priorities, process and structure.

Peter Green
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Peter Green a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive with over 29 years in Information Technology with the reputation of successfully selling and managing Enterprise IT Solutions across various industry sectors.
Peter brings a wealth of experience to Trump Systems. Prior to joining Trump, Peter was responsible for selling and delivering Enterprise Solutions for Sun Microsystems Tier 1 accounts.
Preceding Sun Microsystems, Peter was responsible for Sales and Delivery for Siemens Business Services Canada, a full end-to-end IT Outsourcing organization.
Before Siemens, Peter spent 8 years at GE Capital IT Solutions, Canada’s largest value added reseller in a variety of sales and technical positions across the organization.
Prior to GE Capital, Peter spent 12 years in the private and public sector in various technical roles in the Data Center. This included senior roles in Project Management, System Integration, Software Development and Networks.
Preceding Sun Microsystems, Peter was responsible for Sales and Delivery for Siemens Business Services Canada, a full end-to-end IT Outsourcing organization.

Al Venslovaitis
Senior Consultant, Virtual CIO
Al Venslovaitis brings over three decades of IT experience to his work providing clients with strategic advice and planning on their technology investments. He has successfully planned, implemented and managed IT strategies for mid-sized and large companies spanning diverse industries.
Most recently, Al served as a principal at The Osborne Group. Prior positions include Vice President of Information Technology at the Globe and Mail and Director of Information Systems at the deHavilland Division of the Bombardier Aerospace Group as well as Magna International.
He holds a degree in engineering science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University’s Rotman School of Management.

Bob Canuel
Senior Consultant, Business Continuity Specialist
Bob Canuel is a creative and pragmatic professional with a broad range of management and consulting expertise in both external and in-house development of Business Continuity (BIA’s, Strategies, Plan Development, Testing, Program Reviews), Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management and Emergency Response programs. He is well recognized for the application of effective interpersonal communications, presentation techniques, problem solving and strategic understanding in achieving outstanding corporate results and customer satisfaction.
With his proven ability to balance creative concepts and processes with a practical focus on bottom lines, he has worked in a wide variety of sectors including retail, manufacturing, broadcasting, entertainment, banking, insurance, mining, communications, utilities, food processing and the public sector.

Gary Heynsbergen
Senior Consultant, ERP/MRP
With more than 20 years of IT Management and Project Management, successful system leadership, design, implementation and development responsibilities relating to large ERP and MRP, Gary Heynsbergen has led SAP and PRISM deployments and implementations, phased in over multiple divisions and numerous physical plants. His expertise in this area extends to complete knowledge of both Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Warehouse Delivery processes which were applied in the system designs of these software packages. An effective communicator, Gary has works with all levels of Management to identify opportunities and influence decision-making, based on sound systems knowledge and industry best practices.
Stephen Baker

Steve has been providing technology solutions to business problems for over 30 years, including 15 years as a member of the senior IT management leadership. Areas of expertise include Service Delivery, Infrastructure, Architecture and Vendor management.
Industry experience includes Government, National Retail, Service Bureau and Entertainment.
Most recently Steve held the positions of CTO, VP Architecture and Service Delivery and VP Infrastructure Delivery Service at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. Steve's accountabilities included all technology along with the day to day management of multiple data centres and one of Canada's largest networks. A strategic thinker with pragmatic delivery Steve has developed a reputation for improving service quality while reducing the cost of operations and building effective teams.
